  • How to avoid getting hurt
  • What a black belt really means (you understand when you earn one)

Most importanly you must remember that at some point every black belt who has ever trained walked through the door as a beginner. The difference between a black belt and a whte belt (beginner) is that a black belt is a white belt that never gave up
